Can I choose the exact delivery date for a gift?
Yes. You name the date at checkout and we schedule the delivery to land on that day. For anniversaries and birthdays we recommend booking at least seven days ahead so personalisation has time to be produced.
Do you personalise the gifts?
Every box includes a handwritten card at no extra cost. Beyond that we offer engraving, custom printing, monogramming and made-to-order keepsakes depending on the items you choose.
What is included in a custom gift box?
You tell us about the recipient and the occasion, and we curate the contents around them. A typical box includes three to six items, custom packaging, tissue and ribbon, and a handwritten card, all assembled by hand.
Can you send a gift directly to the recipient without me seeing it?
Yes. We ship directly to the recipient with your card inside and no pricing anywhere in the package. We send you a photo of the finished box before it leaves and a confirmation when it arrives.
Do you do corporate gifting at volume?
We do. We produce branded gift sets from 25 units upward, including multi-address shipping so each client or employee receives theirs individually.
